Designs For Literacy provides information about virtual literacy therapy. You may choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp. The information we receive through those channels depends on what you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, and questions about services.
The contact and testimonial forms in this version of the website are static previews: they validate entries in your browser but do not transmit or save submissions to a server. Please use the email or WhatsApp options if you would like a response. Please avoid including a child's full name, school records, diagnoses, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
How information is used
Information you send directly to us is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss the services you request, and communicate with you. Information shared as part of an agreed therapy service may be covered by separate service and privacy arrangements.
Screening checklist answers and scores are calculated in your browser. This website does not transmit those answers to us or include them in its analytics page-view event. Closing or reloading a checklist resets its answers.
Optional Google Analytics
When configured and accepted, Google Analytics can receive page-view information, such as the page title and page address, browser/device information, and technical connection information. Google processes this information according to its own policies and may process it outside your country.
Our page-view event removes URL query strings and fragments. We do not deliberately send contact-form text, testimonial text, checklist answers, or scores to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google signals are not enabled by this website's analytics setup.

Service providers and external links
The website host may process technical request logs, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to operate and secure the website. Email and WhatsApp are external communication services. Opening those links takes you to a service with its own privacy terms; a message is sent only if you choose to send it.
We do not sell the personal information you send directly to us through these contact channels. We may share information where needed to respond to your request through a service provider, with your permission, or where required by applicable law.
Retention, access, and children
Direct correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to an inquiry, maintain the related service relationship, and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent, subject to any applicable retention requirements.
This website is intended for parents, guardians, adult learners, and people seeking information about literacy services. Children should use the website with a parent or guardian and should not submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us.
